On Friday, 12th March, the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, will launch a new property service exclusively aimed at helping new businesses in London find affordable property.
The London New Enterprise website will be the first site of its kind that enables landlords and agents to promote special and introductory offers such as; reduced rents, waived deposits or preferential terms to new businesses in London. In effect, the website is a clearinghouse for properties that Landlords wish to let quickly.
We have over 20+ landlords involved including leading Capital Enterprise members such as London Youth Support Trust (LYST), Centa and Greater London Enterprise (GLE) and major private sector landlords such as Spacia, Work Space and Avanta promoting offers on their office, retail and workshop space.
