How do Research Collaborations work?
We are working with some of the UK’s top universities and research institutions to provide you with expertise to perform long term (3+ months) R&D projects, at no physical cost to your SME. R&D projects are tailored to your company and focused on improving your businesses AI capabilities, so that you can move your company forward.
Between June-September Masters students will be completing their dissertations and are looking for some innovative AI companies to collaborate with on their research. We need you to supply those research areas!
1. Submit your topic
Tell us what you’re working on and what you’d like to achieve. Once you’ve submitted your application will pass it onto our research institution partners.
2. Meet and Greet with potential researchers
If your application is successful, you will be invited along to a “meet and greet” to meet potential researchers and talk about your research area. You will be able to keep a record of all the researchers you meet and get input into whether they are the right fit for your project.
Once you have find the right researcher for your project, all that is left is to start collaborating!

- Research topic
- Brief description of your aims and objectives
- Skillset required to complete research
- Most recent pitch deck (if available)
If you are looking to explore more than one area of research, please do provide multiple topics. This may increase your chances of matching.

As part of our KEEP programme we are dedicated to finding you the perfect Post MSc/PhD candidate, helping you to focus their research, and also part fund their salary, giving you the opportunity to pay them a competitive rate.
Our Innovation Interns are looking for summer placements in London’s best AI SMEs. They are looking for projects they can really sink their teeth into; enabling them to share their knowledge, collaborate and tackle some really interesting AI related R&D.
