Regrettably few London councils are presently directly supporting SME’s and entrepreneurs. Those who do are members of Capital Enterprise.

These are members who either directly invest or lend to potential high growth companies or through an intensive support programmes help entrepreneurs reach a stage where they are able to raise up to £250K from seed investors.
