We use this data to identify relevant startups, analyse and provide application data to our programmes.

This information is voluntarily provided by you, using the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest. Once you are approved on to one of our programmes your data is used under the lawful basis of Contract.

 

When you sign-up to one of our newsletters we collect the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organisation
  • Whether you’re an entrepreneur, investor, Capital Enterprise member, enterprise support or curious person

We use this data to send you our monthly newsletters, bringing you the latest startup news and opportunities, as well as invitations to events that are relevant to you. We collect this data using the lawful basis of Consent & Legitimate Interest and you are always given the option to opt-out of hearing from us.

 

If you are an Investor or Capital Enterprise member we collect the following data:

  • Organisation

We use this data to send you our monthly newsletters and email updates on the latest startup, member and investor news and opportunities, as well as invitations to events that are relevant to you. We collect this data using the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest and you are always given the option to opt-out of hearing from us.
